Really good service - both customer service and the work that was done. Came to collect and drop my car off for me, all the work was done at a competitive price and they even returned my car cleaner than when it left! I’d originally seen a quote on whocanfixmycar and the end result did end up more expensive; but that turned out to be the case with whoever I’d have used so they were still the cheapest option. Quick at getting back to me with the accurate price too.

I had some symbols showing up as amber on my Golf when I turned the ignition and also another warning message when I was driving and so I took it to VW. After they did their pre-diagnostic test it came back as 'low fuel quality' - they were a bit surprised by this and unsure of the result and told me that it could take some time to get to the root of the problem and offered me another date to bring it in after the new year. I couldn't wait that long and got the impression they'd probably milk it and charge me god knows what. Anyway, I was looking for local garages near to where I lived and came across SAI and read the good reviews and thought I'd come here. I have to say these guys are really honest and not looking to fleece people. Took it in straight away and after a couple of hours got a call saying that there was nothing wrong with the car and I should collect it straight away. The cost for the diagnostic check was such a small amount of money it is hardly worth mentioning! They pumped up my tyres for me and also fixed one of the compartments for no extra cost. The owner explained the problems caused by low quality fuel and advised I use BP or Shell in the future. Very knowledgeable guy who was also very reassuring. This place is a real find. Thank you very much SAI. I'll definitely be coming back. Got a quote on a bit of damage while I was there which was cheaper than other quotes. These are good guys and albeit on the basis of my brief interaction - I would trust them.
